From the absolute beginnings of B’Rock in 2005, Flanders’ international arts center deSingel has been amongst our biggest supporters. Thanks to a mutual open mindset, to the shared goal of entering a dialogue with other art forms and our audiences, deSingel became the stage where the orchestra could spread its wings. deSingel offered us the freedom to grow, to develop new ideas and concepts, to thrive and prosper into who we are today: one of the most successful and forward-thinking ensembles in period music making.
Since 2016 we’ve put the icing on our long-term collaboration and became ‘associated artists’ of the house. In the next seasons, we will not only return to deSingel with numerous concerts, music theater productions and concert-version opera, but together enroll an education program accompanying our productions in Antwerp.
