Naples was one of the undisputed centers of European music in the Baroque period. The opera and the oratorio flourished both here, as did church music and chamber music. This journey to and through Naples, to the composers of the “Neapolitan School,” boils down to undiscovered works and sounds with the recorders of Dorothee Oberlinger in the lead.
