Party in Bonn! On the eve of Beethoven’s monumental and oh-so-serious Missa Solemnis, we like to keep it light-hearted. Get ready for some sparkle with a rarely heard concerto by the Flemish Henri-Jacques de Croes, who learned his trade at various European courts before returning to Brussels. Parts of Handel’s famous party music, which English King George couldn’t get enough of on his boat on the Thames, can also be heard!
This production was realized with the support of the Tax Shelter measure of the Belgian Federal Government through Flanders Tax Shelter.
