Together we engage artists from different backgrounds to create new work by rethinking and reinterpreting the repertoire.
The confrontation between classical and non-classical, genres and styles, has led to many memorable collaborations. Songs of War, Arthur, Earth Diver, And You Must Suffer and Songs of Nature are milestones in B’Rock orchestras artistic past and plenty of new ideas are in the making.
With our upcoming joint-venture Passio, we are looking ahead to yet another exciting joint project, in which director Luigi de Angelis translates Jesus’ ordeal into powerful parallels of suffering in the world of today.
